Bitter orange cultivation is the fruit of an exceptional history and legacy. A human adventure dating back to the end of the 19th century, when a handful of people in Vallauris Golfe-Juan decided to start the first plantations of this particular species of orange, the flowers of which valued by perfumers.
They didn’t know they were about to give their city a unique heritage that would be passed through generations. A heritage we are proud and happy to share with you.
